Since that time we have modified our model to allow our elderly clients to live somewhere that can be considered home through the end of life. We offer small intimate community settings of 8-16 residents per home and site based RN’s who work with the onsite leadership team and the direct care staff to assure that your loved one’s needs are being met. The North Shore Estates a 5-Star rated facility in the area operated by Monarch Healthcare Management. Located in the heart of West Duluth overlooking the St. Louis River and Munger Trail, we are located in between the Lake Superior Zoo and Spirit Mountain, on the bus line and close to the freeway. We offer short-term rehabilitative care, out-patient therapy and Skilled Nursing services. We have 24-hour-a-day licensed nursing staff and offer therapy services seven days a week.
