Heartbreaking in one breath and uplifting the next, this powerhouse musical shows just how far two parents will go to keep their family’s world intact.  Winner of three Tony Awards and the Pulitzer Prize for Drama! Running now through May 17, 2015 - Tickets at http://www.yellowtreetheatre.com/ or call 763-493-8733.  Yellow Tree Theatre, 320 5th Ave. SE, Osseo.

Now Playing – The Crucible - Inspired by the McCarthy-era Communist witch hunts, Miller’s masterpiece of good and evil is being revisited at the Guthrie for the first time in four decades.  It’s 1692 and a dark magic possesses Salem. As investigations into witchcraft reach their height, a young woman points a finger at Elizabeth, the blameless wife of John Proctor. With powerful notions of faith and uncertainty, and truth and deception – burning as feverishly today as the day it was written – this Tony Award-winning masterpiece of the American canon is a must-see.  Under the keen direction of Joe Dowling, whose productions of Miller’s All My Sons and Death of a Salesman are raved about to this day, this stirring production features an impressive cast of more than 20 actors.  Running now through May 24, 2015  For tickets call the Box Office at 612-377-2224 or Click Here.

Student Theatre Camp Experience Rises To Top
Chanhassen Dinner Theatres’ renowned summer theatre camp program, CHAN DT MUSICAL THEATRE CAMP, returns this summer with exciting new themes for youths and teens.  Since 1994, over 11,000 kids and teens have learned about the magic of musical theatre as only Chanhassen can do it. This educational camp program is also terrific summertime fun. Kids and teens, ages eight to eighteen, are given opportunities to explore a wide spectrum of musical theatre components including voice, movement, costumes, scenery, stage combat, improv and more -- all taught by professional members of the Chanhassen acting company, designers and choreographers making the CDT student theatre experience rise above other offered theatre camp programs.  Camp sessions are available throughout the summer months for both half and full day, week-long sessions. This makes the perfect gift for grandchildren who love musical theatre or are looking to make new friends and boost confidence. To register or receive more info, call the Chanhassen Dinner Theatres’ box office at 952-934-1525 or go online to www.chanhassendt.com to watch a video and learn more.
